Indian Society for Quality takes pleasure in announcing its annual conference for 2021 to be held on December 17 and 18, 2021. in National Capital Region (NCR). It is planned to be a hybrid conference providing for physical participation, to the extent permitted by the Government, and providing opportunity for others to join virtually.
The theme of the conference is “Rebooting Quality for Competitive India.” Refer to the narration of theme to understand our intent and the rationale behind it. This is in the context of slow rate of value-added growths of exports from India and the advancement of information and communication technologies (ICT) that provides an opportunity to substantially raise the level of quality and productivity of organizations to become more competitive. In addition, we need to use quality methodologies for sustainable development so essential for prosperity of all living beings in the Planet Earth. All of this requires top management’s visible leadership.
Business leaders from Japan, Europe and USA will be speaking at the Conference sharing their experience in successfully making this transition and the role they have played within the company and at the national level. There would be three eminent business leaders from India sharing their experience and the concerns. There will be 4 case studies from India by practitioners sharing their experience.
It is expected to be a value adding experience for the participants, speakers, and the organizers. Professionals who practice quality in their respective function eagerly look forward to such annual conference of ISQ.
I invite executives from top management and all professionals who are responsible for quality in their respective discipline to participate in the ISQ Conference 2021 to learn and share their rich experience thereby contributing to the quality of products and services being offered by Indian entities.
